“Did not receive name stickers in time for my son starting school despite being told they had been dispatched. Had to contact customer services to be told they were on their way due to high demand. Delivery too slow.”

“Terrible! I ordered and was told that they would arrive on 30th of August 2017. The 30th of August past and I decided to message them and query my delivery. No response! I also 'liked' the Facebook page and found out that I was not the only one awaiting a promised delivery for the 30th! 4days after questioning where my delivery was I eventually got a response saying that it had been posted and would be with me the next day.....4 more days passed before I eventually got the promised delivery. And to top it all off the stickers I received had clearly not been advertised clearly as I was unable to use them in my daughter's clothing! I won't be wasting my time again! I'm just glad I didn't have to pay out for the product just the terribly slow delivery and appealing customer service!”

“The stickers them selves are fab, but postage is too expensive for something that costs only a first class stamp to send, '3 is too much, which will put me off buying anything in the future”

“Purchased the stickers through the offer on Facebook. Thought they would work on clothes & other items. They come straight off in the wash, in coats, PE bag. Already worn off in shoes. Surprisingly survived the diswasher on a water bottle.”

“I know the website had a massive response to the offer they were advertising, so I expected my order to be at least 4-6 weeks long which i didn't mind. It only took 2 weeks to come through which I was very satisfied with and thought it was fab customer service.”
