We're speaking to DPD regarding this, but in the meantime we have dispatched a replacement which should be delivered tomorrow.

“I wanted to return an item and had to arrange this entirely myself instead of the company having a collect + service where you print a return label and drop off at a collect plus store - pretty average service”

Sorry to hear you were disappointed with our returns policy, however it is listed on our website.

“Excellent service. Prompt, good communication. Items all packaged well and delivered on time as advertised.”

“Prompt delivery. Goods were exactly as ordered. Ordered two bags of tile cement. One was slightly damaged on delivery, but not enough to cause delay to my project. Would recommend a tougher outer packaging be adopted for deliveries rather than just binding the bag in tape.”
