“Product was delivered two days late, and I was informed when I chased my order, that it had been delivered two days earlier, which was a concern as it hadn’t been delivered. When it did arrive it was luckily in good condition, as was left on my doorstep- this product is meant to be checked on delivery as requested by Tile Fix Direct who state it can’t be replaced if it’s delivered damaged, unless checked by the customer and sent straight back with courier. (Marmox board).”

“I paid £20 for quick delivery and my correct order arrived as scheduled. I did have to email an extra response when initially Tilefix hinted that my order would take 5 days to deliver, but an immediate response email from the company assured me to expect a quick delivery. My second experience of Tilefix was impressive.”

“Initial on line help when ordering was helpful. I’m a new user, private, not industry so a proper video demo on you tube would be helpful. I’ve mechanically fixed a few boards and I worried about how protruding the soankers on when tiling with smaller tiles. Going to have to thicken the depth of my adhesive!”

“The boards arrived sooner than anticipated but no problem. There was minor damage to the corner of one board but this should not be a problem as there will be some waste.”
