“One item of 2 ordered delivered, as stated, the following day. Packaging was a little below par as one of the panels I received had been compressed in transit. Also: the two items I ordered were both due to be delivered on a Saturday, but they were dispatched separately and the floor screws came on the Monday.”

“Good website, product availability clearly indicated, competitive prices. Fast delivery, but would be improved if delivery date was notified. I had to arrange a re-delivery with Royal Mail.”

“Sorry to leave 4* as I have no complaint with Tilefix, competitive prices, speedy despatch and good comms. Utterly let down by the shambles that is TNT failing to deliver on time and 'losing' half of our consignment in transit. So 5* to Tilefix, 1* (and I'm being generous) to the couriers. I would go so far as to say the poor delivery service would rule out using Tilefix again.”
