“Could not find a better price for Ditra mat anywhere else, even with trade prices. Delivery came promptly to site. 4* due to lack of information given and/or flexibility on ordering over the phone rather than online (complex delivery instructions). But no dramas in the end. Would 100% use again and recommend.”

“Might be an idea to fix the washers to the board box when sending as TNT managed to lose them for 24 hours. Held my job up. Or put them inside the box.”

“Delivery was delayed having received a message from both TileFix and DHL that delivery would be Friday 12th October, with delivery on the morning Saturday 13th. In addition, the DHL time window sent by SMS 10:11-11.11 was not met - delivery occurred at 12:09. Poor courier service and certainly not 24 hours.”

“Timely process from order to receipt of goods. Fair price for item, post and pack a bit expensive, but needed the grout anyway., Next time will buy more to start with. will use them again as customer service overall excellent.”
