“- Great Web site, easy to navigate and find what you need. - excellent service. Helpful white board and helpful and no quibble when i had a missing item on my order. - Prompt quick delivery with updates on time. - Only issue was with the marmox board. Every board came with edges damaged. This i doubt is TileFix fault but with the lack of protection the boxes they come in and the rough handling throughout the delivery chain. Feed back to the manufacturer is needed!”

“Good price and really quick delivery, but my 6mm insulation boards were a bit damaged on the corners where the boxes are heavy , and possibly damaged by the courier. I think maybe lighter boxes with less boards in them and better protection on the corner of the boxes. But other than that all good.”

“I ordered some tile backing boards(Orbry) 6mm thick x 1200 x600 & fixings. The ordering process was simple with a choice of delivery dates. I chose the Saturday. Unfortunately the delivery courier failed to deliver on that date (hence only 4 stars not 5), however an e-mail to Tile Fix & the matter was resolved immediately with an apology & the promise of a refund on the delivery cost. The boards arrived on the Monday. The boards themselves are light to handle, simple to cut with a Stanley knife & fix to the wall with screws & washers. I overboarded my solid walls which were a bit poor following the removal of the old tiles. I am delighted with the finish. John Matthews”

“I always bulk buy my Marmox boards from Tile Fix Direct for value for money, ease of ordering and delivery. A real shame that alot of the 6mm boards I ordered had been damaged by heavy handling and you could actually see where the box of boards had been held. A combination of too many (8) boards per box and careless delivery. Having said that, the actual service & product were good!”
