“Purchased marmox multi board and had never installed before. Easy to use thanks to advice available through tile fix website. The orbry fixings were easy to use and rely happy with the result. The boards were delivered within timescale quoted no were well packaged to prevent damage. Would definitely use Tilefix again.”

“All items cam quickly in packaging marked fragile do not drop on edges or corners. Clearly the delivery guys can't read as all boxes look as though they were kicked here rather than delivered.”

Sorry to hear your boards were damaged during delivery, as you say, we clearly mark all boxes as fragile and emphasise that they should not be dropped on edges or corners. “The delivery failed because the driver did not find 30a Cologne Rd. I will have to return the product as I could not wait.”

Hi Nigel, unfortunately 30a was not the address provided for delivery - hence why the driver could not locate it and the parcel is being returned to us.
