“Placed an order Tuesday for delivery Friday. Call on Friday to let me know it won’t arrive as one of my items were out of stock - £5 bag if tile spacers... Had to cancel the whole order and source it elsewhere as builders were in Saturday. Warehouse not talking to customer services?”

“Made 3 orders in the past week to tilefix, significantly cheaper than a specialist in Edinburgh for identical products (Schülter). Delivered to Edinburgh each time the day after order, great service, range and price.”

“Great service, awful product. Lithofin oil-ex did absolutely nothing to remove oil from sandstone. See pics before and after several applications.”

“Found what I was looking for, Durabase Cl++ at a competitive price as the web site was easy to use and informative. Placed order and was informed as to progress by email, it was delivered early morning the following day in the appointed time slot and this on standard delivery. Great service. Well done Tilefix”
