“Ordering was very easy. Arrived in about a week but some of the tiles were chipped. Customer Service worked quickly to get replacements sent out at no cost.”
“My overall experience was okay. Using the online calculator to estimate how much tile we needed, gave us way more than we needed… we should have used our own judgment. First delivery, almost every tile was damaged or had mold on them but customer service replaced the tile quickly. Love the tiles themselves! Kitchen backsplash came out awesome, exactly what I wanted.”

“The tile was not the same as the picture. Not a problem except that the buyer pays the freight and restocking fee. I used UPS because USPS in our experience has been unreliable. The cost eat up the refund. I was told that the club relies totally on USPS. While cheaper, what happens if the package disappears which has occurred sevdral times with priority mail to Texas. Your tile is good, but your returns need work.”
“I ordered 11 tile samples. I appreciate the care they took in wrapping each tile sample separately in bubble wrap to protect them in shipping. They all arrived in one piece without any broken ones. Impressive for sure. The only issue is to be sure to have a physical address for delivery. I was unaware and submitted my PO Box for shipping and it turned out to be a real challenge working with FedEx to get the box delivered to me. Due to this issue, the delivery took a few more days to reach me. The tiles are beautiful and reasonably priced. Each sample is mounted on a piece of cardboard, which helps in reflecting a true look/color. Ordering so many that are so pretty has only made it a more difficult decision for me to decide which ones to use. When I do decide, I will be back to place a complete order for my project(s). I would recommend shopping here for sure.”
