“Great tiles! We shopped around and tilers-world provided the best price available with clear delivery costings from the beginning. The delivery was a little delayed due to problems with road closures but we were informed of this and they made every effort to deliver as soon as possible.”

“Contacted straight after purchasing Mr Jones Laura Ashley floor tiles to arrange delivery! Chatty and professional on telephone and very informative. Delivery date agreed, contacted thirty mins before drop off and delivered with a smile! Would definitely order from tilers world again! Thanks so much!”

“Was wary buying off this website as all the reviews were good. I know certain websites only publish their good reviews and leave the bad ones but you can definitely trust Tilers World. I purchased some pattern tiles that looked identical to ones from the British Ceramic Tiles except the company went bust and these tiles were no longer available. Patrick from Tilers World called me to delivery instructions and was able to arrange a date where it was suitable for me.. He also explained that these were replacement tiles although they look like the British Ceramic Tiles.. These are bigger in size and are porcelain. I really appreciated the call with the flexibility of arranging a delivery date and the additional info on the tiles and would definitely buy again from here.”

“This is the third time I’ve ordered from Tilers World and I could not recommend them enough! Customer Service was great, especially when I wasn’t sure on sizes and patterns, the patience with me was great, it was a huge help and the delivery guys very friendly. “Unfortunately I ordered the colour and style that the local tile shop advised that I had previously bought from them but the colour was a long way off after speaking to tilers world they gave me better advise on what to order. They were extremely helpful in getting me the correct tile. I was very happy with their customer service.”
