“I wanted 2 boxes of tiles which were discontinued but Patrick found 5 boxes in one of the stores and had 2 of them shipped to me and they arrived the next day so a great service all round, thanks.”

“I purchased 12 bags of adhesive from Tilers World as it was the best price I found on the internet. They phoned me shortly after placing the order to arrange delivery, which arrived within the allotted time slot. Very impressed with the service. Will be back when we do the bathrooms.”

“I recently purchased a large quantity of portia mono white floor tiles, and the relevant adhesives and grout etc. It was only due to the excellent customer service provided by Patrick that I was able to purchase them as the firm that manufactured them had recently gone into administration. He made enquiries with the firm and managed to get a pallet that just covered the area of floor that I needed. He also offered valuable advice regarding the best and most appropriate adhesives to complete the job. I dealt with this firm last year to purchase grout and adhesives. The delivery service provided is also excellent and reliable. Overall, this company provides tiles and adhesives at very competitive prices and the customer service provided by Patrick over the phone is excellent. I would certainly recommend this online Tiles company to any prospective customer in search of good quality floor tiles.”

“I ordered what I thought was primer from Tilers World and they called me to say they only had 2 litres not 3 in stock. They then worked out I'd ordered the wrong stuff, figured out what I needed and gave me lots of invaluable advice about floor prep and moisture content and got my order to me on time. Brilliant customer service!”

“Excellent service for a slightly nervous customer! My phone call was answered quickly and all my queries got extremely professional answers. I place my order on line and had barely put my credit card away when the phone rang and it was Tilers World calling to arrange delivery three days later! The delivery itself was painless and all the tiles arrived whole, another worry of mine. I don’t hesitate to recommend them and would happily use them again.”
