Shockingly bad service. Ordered and paid for samples. Despite several phone calls and emails still no delivery. Supposedly lost in post first time, promised to send more but nope. If you can’t even get sending samples right you won’t be getting another bean of our money.

Canceled my order yesterday before it was dispatched..was told payment would not be taken out in a very abrupt manner and then payment was tak m out later that day. Order now reads dispatched when I was assured it was canceled .

Never pick up phone, quick to take money but no aftercare , slow delivery, fake promises! I’m sorry yes tiles are good value but the after sale is not great at all. Taken me 3 weeks to place an order! On a deadline here and these guys don’t understand time equals me having to pay out for the extensive delay! One star is for the tiles nothing else.

STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND!!! I so wish I’d have read the reviews before ordering tiles from this company!!!! I’ve taken delivery of a lot of tiles - quite a lot were broken inside which I’ve only just discovered several months later upon opening, another tile design I’d ordered a box was totally different batch numbers which we never checked and now the tiler has laid they don’t meet together properly and returned another batch but the company are totally denying receiving them and refusing to refund me! Would never use them again! If u do use them check every box thoroughly, the batch numbers all correspond and pay recorded delivery. My tiler has rang several times to try and obtain my refund - I am a pensioner! I have also emailed and sent them proof of delivery but same here - they are ignoring my emails!!!

nightmare , don's use!! they company directly misled me about the returns policy making me reorder twice , thus paying 2 x new delivery charges , then my second order never arrived an they are claiming it has . never did . NIGHTMARE . i do not recommend them , very rude customer services staff . i am at a loss of about £280 by choosing tiles direct

Terrible service, tiles arrived twice broken, and they lost one of the orders. The company used to transport (walkers transport) clearly took no care of the parcels. shrugged shoulder when the delivery driver leaves the smashed pallet of tiles outside my door. Shocking customer service from tiles direct. Clearly a scam company.

Customer service is shockingly bad! There was an issue with my order in May, still hasn’t been resolved. No one is answering my emails and the only email I got from them was ‘we believe the issue has been resolved’…. Nothing since despite numerous chase up from myself…

terrible experience i sent in an order back on the 18 June and I'm still waiting for my order. i have phone numerous times and the phone just rings out, after the 3 choices on the phone. it was ringing out for over 10 minutes on one occasion. i can't even talk to anyone to find out where my order is.

Customer service unresponsive. There was an issue on their website where there were 2 shade of blue available for 1 tile and they merge the 2 colours (photos) into one which led to the incorrect tiles being delivered. I contacted them explaining the situation, they asked for additional information and photos which I provided straight away (over 1 month ago) and since then, nothing! Not heard anything back!

Rubbish company - stay well clear. Looks aboard and professional online but they are con artists. They will take your money and order online and you won't hear from them again. Impossible to reach them as they never answer the phone either!!!

Wish I had read reviews first. Ordered £3,700 worth of tiles. Received the wrong ones. No one answers phone. Tiles are broken anyway. What a mess! Hopefully they will respond to my email because I can’t get through on phone.

Unclear and ridiculously high delivery charges. Tried to cancel my order by messaging and currently on 11th unanswered call. Customer service is useless. AVOID!

Thankfully I never even became a customer. Wanted to order £45 of tiles online and the Delivery Charge came up as £39 for standard and £70 for next day!!!!!!!!!!!........and then nobody picked up the phone when I called.

This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with!! Firstly the wrong tiles were delivered, I've had to send tiles back at my expense in order to *hopefully* get a refund. Kept getting told different things when I eventually got through to customer services. "Courier was being arranged" to "no one's arranged that for you" Customer services never reply to emails. Another order and a box of 20 mesh sheets didn't arrive, called them and was told they would send that out again. ONE SINGLE SHEET turned up today. I really think they're messing with me at this point... I could cry

Waited two weeks for tiles to be delivered and then opened the box to find the wrong tiles! Can’t contact customer service and no reply to my emails. The email order took about a week to come through. No wonder they have bad reviews just wish I’d read them before I ordered. Don’t bother with this company it’s not worth the time or hassle!

2 out of 4 boxes of tiles turned up completely unusable and cracked. Boxes and tiles were soggy and damp. Shipping is extortionately expensive (£35 for poorly handled tiles). Would not recommend using this company at all!

Tiles were delivered broken and only wrapped in 2 layers of bubble wrap !! Most of the tiles were not even in a box just piled together and wrapped in bubble wrap with sellotape Waited 3 weeks for tiler to able do the job and now I have to rebook and buy more tiles from a reputable merchant !! Total scam

Looking thru their site many style and patterns I did like when i ordered and got a sample that I was interested in, it was a sample of a sample. It was tiny, I cut a cut-off of a sample so I can not see the whole pattern which was the MAIN reason why I had ordered the sample. WASTE. AVOID
