“The order I placed on December 15, 2022 has still not arrived and it is now January 23, 2023. When I contacted customer service, they want me to wait an additional two weeks before looking into the status of my order. The stickers are arriving in a regular letter envelope, there’s no reason for a small envelope to be a delayed this long. I wish I would’ve read the reviews more carefully before ordering from Tinyme. It seems like a scam and I doubt I’ll ever receive my order.”

“If there were a zero-star option, I would have chosen it. My experience with this company has been an absolute nightmare. They intentionally use regional URLs and currencies to trick you into believing they operate in your country, but everything (supposedly) ships from Australia and is entirely untracked. I ordered a Christmas gift in November, and it straight-up never arrived. By the time I realized I’d basically been scammed, it was too late to find a replacement. After a weeks-long back-and-forth with what I can only assume was a “customer service” email chatbot, they finally agreed to give me a refund, which I have also not received. Then they have the nerve to send me an email asking “How they did?” Here's how you did, Tinyme. You basically ruined Christmas, stole my money, and wasted an obscene amount of my time. At the minimum, STAY AWAY from this company and do not give them a dime. Better yet, report them to the authorities.”

“I purchased a name puzzle in a felt bag. It arrived the day after I was quoted. I really liked the overall quality of the puzzle; however, I found it had an overwhelming odour. It seemed like it was coming from the felt bag, but the puzzle itself had the strong smell too. I’m hoping over time the smell will subside.”

“So far it's the best family-planning calendar I have found since it can be personalized with the number of columns and even a little picture for each family member. The only thing that would make it better is if the calendar was longer (so a folding style), which would make the rows taller giving more space to write in”

“I placed my order since Nov 8 and I am yet to receive it on Dec 27th. I have sent an email but haven't received a response. The website seems to be misleading, It stated that I was on the Canadian website however after placing my order, it showed it was being shipped from Australia.”

“This site should be shut down. False promises on delivery timelines, extremely late responses, and undelivered packages. I ordered a gift in early November and have still not received it as it nears the end of December. I had to go as far as starting a dispute against this “company” with my bank. Stay away!”
