“5 weeks after ordering, still haven't received it. Package delivered using DHL but without tracking, so you have no way to know where the package is and when it's going to arrive. If you need something quick, maybe buy somewhere else..”

“Unfortunately right now I would not give a great rating as I have yet to receive my order from early August. I ordered from Tinyme when we lived in Australia and was so happy that I decided I would order through you for our kids starting school here in Canada as we recently relocated. However, the first week of the new school year has come and gone and still their labels haven't arrived. I was under the impression the order would be trackable but have been advised that that is not so. I am feeling very disappointed as not only do they not have stickers for their items but it was a good chunk of money that I have nothing to show for at the moment. I have been told to wait until the 13th of September so fingers crossed something will turn up today. Regards, Gabrielle”

“This is my 2nd year in a row ordering school labels for my little one. We love the colorful/ customizable designs and the labels are of excellent quality. Shipping to Canada takes time-- but, if you order early, it is worth the wait.”

“Unfortunately I still have not received my package. While it’s not exactly Tinyme.ca’s fault, what I didn’t realise was that when I ordered from Tinyme.ca that the product was being mailed from New Zealand. If I had realised I would likely not have ordered as what I didn’t want to happen, happened and the parcel has been lost. I am now in the U.K. without the gift that I had ordered and trying to problem solve across timezones.”

“If zero was an option that’s what I’d rate this! It’s been over a month and I still don’t have the labels I ordered, or even a tracking number! This website may be a scam!! Stay away!!!”
