“I ordered a name puzzle for my grandson on December 13/21 and saw that they were finished with Christmas orders so wasn’t expecting it before Christmas. Unfortunately I got some confusing delivery notifications that had me expecting it January 10. It finally arrived today so six weeks after ordering. The name puzzle is just as advertised and I’m sure my grandson will love it.”

“The personalized mane puzzle I ordered arrived couple days late. It also was faulty upon opening. It has a large white mark in the middle of the puzzle which affects the look of it.”

“Purchased a personalized puzzle for a gift. I live in Canada and had no idea your company was in Auckland. Impressed it was delivered to me on date promised less than 3 weeks from order being placed. Excellent product, love the felt case. Posted on my Instagram story and great response from friends. “Was told my order was guaranteed by Christmas. Not only did I not have a Christmas gift but 9 days later and it still hasn’t arrived and I have not been given a refund. Highly suggest not ordering from this company.”

“I ordered the name peg puzzles and the personalized puzzles as kids’ gifts this year for Christmas. They looked great and people loved them! I like that there are different levels of difficulty for the personalized puzzles. Just make sure to dust or clean the puzzles before using as the dust from the cuts of wood still remain on the product. Also a couple of the puzzle boxes were dented (which didn’t look great for gifts) and some puzzle pieces fell out of the box. They should probably seal them a bit more carefully for the delivery. Other than that, I’d order from them again! It’s worth it when there’s a sale and if you buy more than one as shipping costs aren’t cheap.”
