“I bought a puzzle for my son but it is clear that it is just a sticker on the top and it showed signs of wear & tear after only 1 minute of him playing with it. It’s not coated in anything like varnish to protect it, so you can’t even wipe it (which isn’t good for a child’s puzzle/toy, especially in these times where cleaning is necessary). Very disappointed. Thanks for the refund but I wish you’d made quality puzzles in the first place so I didn’t waste my time.”

“Placed my order on the 13th Jan, shipped out on the 14th Jan but haven't received it yet til now (8th Feb). No tracking of delivery can be made because the items were sent via regular mail. It already missed the sole purpose of my purchase.”

“I’m beyond disappointed, ordered my labels for my son as he just started school and I ordered them almost a month ago.... still haven’t received them! Emailed twice and all I got was basically wait your patience you’ll get them eventually!! I’ll never order from tinyme again and customer service is bad!”
