“Not great quality- opted for pickup after hours. I enquired about an order and they did my job straight away. I had to ring the doorbell for quite a while and eventually the cleaner opened the door for me. No apologies at all from staff who looked miserable anyway. Musnt be a pleasant work environment at all.”

“There aren't as many designs as I have previously seen on the site, and almost EVERYTIME I order from this site my account gets charged twice and my order duplicated. Almost everytime I order without fail this happens.. Clearly need to pay some attention to your checkout process and work out this glitch to have it resolved..”

“Paid for shipping for the item to arrive on a Thursday instead of standard shipping. Item didn't arrive until Monday missing party. Was offered a 20% voucher for next purchase. Really should have been discounted off shipping and current purchase.”
