“Reduce plastic packaging. Make a set of stickers to mark key activities on the calendar. The cover design / personalised photo option for the planner is pointless because you don’t see the image when using the calendar. Customising the starting and ending month is great!”

“Great product but had to buy an ink refill after moderate use. When I removed the stamp pad to re-ink the stamp the underside of the stamp was white ie no ink on the underside at all.”

“The sticky name labels include half with images and then the other half were very small name only labels. I would have liked all to look like the ones I chose. Having said this, the colour and quality is beautiful and they absolutely stick well and stay stuck.”

“Please improve/replace the machine that makes your stick on labels. I have put them on waterbottles which I hand wash and the print just falls off. This isn't just from hand washing, its also from just touching when I use my waterbottle. This never used to happen with your old labels (they were much better quality) about 8 years ago”

“I am happy with most of the products ordered from tinyme.Com including name stickers, personalised lunch boxes and bags. The later two make a great gift. But I was disappointed with the name stamp (not suitable for many clothing items eg, with thin or ribbed edges). Delivery has been quick, no issues there.”

“My labels were received promptly however, the iron on labels I purchased were very difficult to remove from the sheet they were printed on. As they are printed on a very thin medium it was extremely difficult to see the perforations between the individual labels. I had to remove the excess medium from the sheet first so I could use the labels. They are also very thin. This was extremely disappointing as I have purchased iron on labels from tinyme in the past when they were printed on a thicker medium and I had no issues with them.”

“I bought your stickers about 7 years ago and they were amazing. Ive bought Another set this year and I’m pretty disappointed with the quality. You’ve obviously changed suppliers or materials and I haven’t ended up with what I thought I would get. The bag tags - same thing, very flimsy and not like the ones I got last time. I’ll be looking for a new supplier next time I need labels for kids.”

“Im not sure why, but again, nearly all of our labels were not cut out properly. I had to use scissors to cut them all out of the paper. I really like the labels but it is really painful that they do not come out normal. This happened last year too.”

“The lunchbox is very difficult to close. It gets caught in the hinge and you have to make sure the lid is lifted a certain way to ensure it closes - very tricky for a 3 year old! The design however is great”
