“Stickers are cute and colourful but they don’t pull away from the backing sheet easily.”

“I purchased three packs. One pack it is extremely difficult to get the sticker off the sheet and when I can it is damaged. I considered letting you guys know but I don’t want to go through the hassle of posting them back. Just wouldn’t re purchase again.”

“Pretty disappointed with the quality of the custom story book I ordered. It looked like it was printed on a dodgy home computer. The print quality and colour were sub par - colours looked faded and there was no sharpness. I was a little embarrassed to give this as a gift”

“The photos were great and so was the customer service but unfortunately, the delivery wrecked my photo magnets twice by bending the items and shoving them into my letter box. Tinyme really needs to work with their delivery partners and improve the packaging to ensure the items can't be bent (or won't be bent). As a result of these damaged deliveries I was unable to gift the magnets as planned on Christmas Day.”

“The family calendar is lovely, but I find the paper a tad too thin and the weekends can’t really be distinguished from the weekdays which is important for a calendar in my opinion. No holidays are indicated either (Easter, Christmas etc) I generally like the name stickers, but I find the quality was better when I started using tinyme about 8-9 years ago.”

“Was received folded in the post so there is a problem with shipping method. A little too pricey to write off as a mishap. Perhaps boxed to avoid this and damaging magnets would work. Potentially a good product.”

“Lots of gorgeous products. We have been very happy with lunch boxes and wooden puzzles in the past however we weren't happy this time around. We found the quality of the magnets and book to be much thinner than we expected & hoped and alas they are already damaged by simple use (we purchased less than a month ago).”

“I love the personalized puzzle I ordered but the box it comes in is very flimsy and it arrived with the pieces spilling out of the box into the parcel package. I will have to find something else to store the puzzle in as I am sure my three year old will very quickly lose pieces of her precious puzzle.”
