“I haven’t received my product. I did send an email but haven’t heard back. Looks like it has gone from melb to Perth. Hopefully it’s on its way back Victoria and will reach me in geelong in time for Xmas”

“I ordered from here 4-5 years ago and received the most gorgeous name puzzle box. I ordered the same again 2 years ago and the quality was less however was OK. I ordered another that has just arrived and the quality is very poor comparatively. Sad to see! The name labels are consistently good quality however!”

“The stickers are great but the lunchbox was a bit disappointing as it is difficult to close the lid properly. Something catches at the hinges side unless the lid is positioned in a specific way which is not possible for my 4 year old to manage himself.”

“I've bought many of the name puzzles as gifts in the past but this time something has changed. It was smaller and took a while to arrive. They used to come within a couple of days.”

“The backpack ordered for my Grandson arrived very quickly which was very impressive. My only disappointment is that his name is hard to read. Maybe there was an option to make the writing more distinct but I am not sure.”

“The item is quite lovely. However it was received with black scratch marks on the face of the puzzle which I assume were caused by the laser cutting machine. When paying over $70 for a 5 piece puzzle I’d expect that the item would be in 100% perfect condition upon receiving.”

“Great products, but website its very confusing and hard to find the product im looking for. I ended up receiving a product that is iron on, instead of sticker due to the fine print/ hidden detail and website being very unclear.”

“Stickers are always great, no problem with those. This is our 3rd sticker order. However, this time they arrived in an unsealed plastic pocket without a cover booklet. After a few rainy hours in our letter box before we collected our mail that evening, they were all damp. We dried them but don’t know how this will affect their stickiness going forward.”
