“I love the personalized puzzle I ordered but the box it comes in is very flimsy and it arrived with the pieces spilling out of the box into the parcel package. I will have to find something else to store the puzzle in as I am sure my three year old will very quickly lose pieces of her precious puzzle.”

“The bags are very good quality n fast delivery as well but the water bottle lid is broken easily while the child is using it on first day. So I found it unsafe for a child! Nearly cut his mouth.”

“I love that there are mini sized stickers which are excellent. But I’m disappointed with the iron on stickers. They don’t seem to stick well and majority have all come off in the next wash after being applied.”

“I love you labels and have used them for years. I find the website a bit hard to navigate when looking forward a single label type or basic style but from there ordering is smooth sailing and fun. The preview option is a big help. Unfortunately the last few orders I’ve placed for large labels have resulted in labels which are very difficult to remove from the sheet. Some of the smaller labels are also trickier than they used to be but the large oblong labels have been the most frustrating. Once they’re extracted though, they’re the same great labels they’ve always been as long as the edges haven’t been too damaged in the process of getting them off the sheet.”

“The stickers look great but the way they were packaged and posted was average. Somehow my envelope (just a standard letter envelope) got wet in the delivery process, so the name labels were water damaged. Really disappointed, which is more of a reflection of the delivery not the product. Product might suit a more robust or thicker envelope to avoid this in the future.”

“My order was delivered on a rainy day so despite having a closed in letterbox the envelope was wet in parts and damaged some of the stickers. A waterproof envelope/package would have prevented this especially when ordering a large quantity.”

“Have ordered these in the past but I’m on my recent order (2021) the iron on clothing labels were thinner and extremely hard to get off the backing. Not sure I’ll be ordering these type again. Shame that they changed it.”
