“Ordered a calendar for my family for Christmas and it came in poor packaging so the calendar is now scrunched up and damaged. The stickers I ordered are a bit blurry too.”

“Must say I was disappointed in the name puzzle I ordered for my niece. Thankfully I opened it to check before gifting as it was full of sawdust throughout puzzle and feltbag. The velcro tabs on the bag are not matched properly as they are stitched on in opposite directions, and overly it looks rather basic especially for the price. Unfortunately I would not recommend this product, I would recommend a company I used last year instead.”

“received mine as what I saw online. however, I find that the quality is not as good as the one i ordered in 2017. I sticked on my kids water bottle, it teared off after 2 weeks.”

“The items arrived quickly and as described however they were delivered in the post with no protective packaging - just a thin envelope. All the pieces from both puzzles were loose and some damaged and the puzzle box was crushed and unable to be salvaged for gifting. The wooden name puzzle was great.”

“I recently ordered a personalised name puzzle as a gift after receiving one for my daughter quite some time ago. Unfortunately it’s not of the same quality. The letter tiles in my daughters puzzle are nice and thick and sit side by side. Underneath the tiles are circle cut outs with the letters visible on the removable name sheets. There are 2 sheets; one in colour, one in black and white. In addition to all of this it also has 2 design tiles that sit either side of her name. The puzzle I received was definitely a cheaper version and, unfortunately, not nearly as well made. Please bring back the original design”

“I love the bags, but the two drink bottles I bought were extremely disappointing. The flow out of the bottles is very poor to the point my 5 year old refuses to use his and my 1 year old in frustration threw his and the plastic lid just broke straight off. Would suggest a sports bottle option.”

“I feel like the standard in your labels has dropped in the last year. My other daughters label purchased over a year ago have been dishwasher safe and were of a higher quality compared to this recent purchase.<br />These ones have come off even before washing up the items?”
