I ordered these labels some years ago for my first kid and since then the quality is lacking. The new stickers don't stick as well and they loose their colour after only one round in the dishwasher. Not convinced anymore.

Very disappointed. Paid the extra to get delivered by a certain date for an event and it did not arrive u til 5 days after the event. Rams and only excuses made. Not happy at all. Will not use again or recommend to others

Your customer service was very poor. I ordered on a Friday night (out of office hours around 9pm) and then changed my order less than half an hour later. I saw that you have written on your website you cannot change your mind on orders as the process has already begun, except in my case you wouldn’t have even received my order let alone started to print it. Then when I did get a response it was 6 days later letting me know you couldn’t change the order. Even if you had printed the sheet of wall stickers and I did change my mind, surely you have a stack of them ready to send out, and the ones I originally had chosen could’ve been used for someone else! On top of all this, I replied to customer service informing them I was unhappy and a reply 6 days later wasn’t good enough, but I then had No response to this! No sorry, or explanation or anything. If you want people to come back, and have good customer relationships then at least respond! Sooner!

The pieces of the puzzle I ordered are too small for the child I bought it for. Therefore it’s not safe and I can’t give it.

The stickers were great but the puzzle wasn't- not sealed and smelt of burnt wood. My child puts everything in her mouth so I wouldn't consider this toy safe to play with unfortunately

A little disappointed with the product this time around. The name stickers came to me quickly and the design is as cute as ever. However after approximately 3-4 washes they all started coming off. I replace them with new stickers, and the same thing is happening. Really disappointed with the quality. I have previously ordered them in 2019 for my now 4yo, and still use the same stickers. The old ones are still stuck to different products. I don’t know what happened. Maybe you have change the materials to less superior ones.

My order was placed on 4th Feb never arrived it's destination. I have been coordinating with your customer service person Justina, as per her advise, we have been patiently waiting, but no use. I didn't expect you'd be so least bothered about the customer, not caring about their satisfaction. My cousin has been going around post office in Sydney, without any use. Seriously ny first purchase with Tinyme has been a flop show!!

Looks great, however, with the lunchbox the size is a bit smaller than expected so I can't fit enough in, some of the stitching has started to come undone on the bag and the inserts have warped in the dishwasher (I didn't read the instructions, I just assumed it was suitable for a dishwasher). Also the lid on the drinkbottle already doesn't close properly. All these things are just minor, it's still completely functional and looks great but I probably wouldn't buy anything else.

Have been ordering for years still love the designs but this time the quality of the labels was poor compared to previous years and many on the sheet weren’t even cut properly so I had to cut many of them with scissors to use them.

The time taken for the delivery to arrive was extensive. Weeks and weeks. The first day of day care arrived and still no delivery, so I went out and ended up buying another brand of labels anyway.
