“The name labels fade very quickly even though I hand wash all items. I’m always finding the iron-on labels inside my washing machine because they just fall off after several washes. Also my items from my most recent order still have not arrived; I contacted customer service a couple days ago but have not received any response. I’m disappointed because the first time I bought the labels, they worked well but since then quality has declined significantly.”

“Great products but I ordered stickers for my son's school books, and more than 2 weeks later my parcel still hadn't arrived. Had to purchase alternative as school had already started. Customer service just apologised and said my order hadn't been dispatched yet. No offer to resolve, just an apology for something that was time critical. I basically paid for stickers I no longer need”

“Stickers are fine, but delivery was late which caused upset after school had started. I understand things happen but I received no response when I followed it up - via website, phone and Instagram. So many similar competitors I won’t bother next time”

“I placed my order on 9th January 2023. Contacted Tinyme via phone on 19th . Gentlemen on the phone placed replacement order and assured we will get item on 25th but didn’t get anything. Again contacted on 25th, gentleman on the other end explained me its Courier company which is delaying. Then he placed 3rd replacement order and I am still waiting.”

“The Tinyme product is good; the issue is the postage. An order of name stickers comes in a standard window business envelope the postage cost of which was $1.55. So how can Tinyme justify the flat $6 postage charge?? Profiteering ? Wouldn’t order again for this reason. I Contacted customer service to ask question this and they just said, sorry, this is the way it is! No explanation at all! Poor.”

“Bought personalised stickers and bag tags for our girls. Very disappointed in the quality of both products. We bought personalised stickers approximately 4 years ago and they were fantastic! Completely different quality now. Going through customer service discussing the issues. I don’t recommend these particular products.”

“I ordered a personalised name puzzle in mid November for a child’s Christmas present, it arrived only 3 days before Christmas and when it arrived the correct name was on the outer box however the puzzle inside was another child’s name! Luckily I noticed by checking the puzzle before gifting it! Needless to say my nephew is going without a Christmas gift and I’m sure ‘Astor’ is in the same boat.”
