“I've made the purchase on 9 Dec and to this date, ie 30 Dec, I still have not received the products. The bags were Christmas presents for my kids whom obviously did not get them on Christmas Day. Surprisingly the order was shown on my account as complete. It is far from being complete.”

“My order was incorrect and I tried to call the office so many times without luck. The phone would either ring out or I'd get an answering service. This was throughout all times of the day. It would also take longer than 48 hours to get a response to emails. The quality of my activity book wasn't great and my notepaper was totally incorrect. Overall not a great experience.”

“Puzzle is good. <br /><br />Name tags purchased had Cruz Conroy instead of Travis Conroy printed on them, which was quite frustrating. Obviously Cruz was remembered from a previous purchase.”
