“I believe that customer service can determine the outcome of a good or bad situation. In this instance i feel that the company and its employees have taken little to no responsibility for the delay/postal issue with my labels. It wasnt until i followed up that i discovered it had been sent back. Without offering a quicker method of post they just resent the same way which ended up NEVER being deliveres. If they took more time identifying needs and showing customer empathy perhaps i would not have felt as let down. Having to send my son to achool with hand written labels considering my labels still havent arrived. I received an unapologetic message saying that they can only replace orders if it is delayed for longer. Does not solve my situation as I needed those labels for yesterday. Not tomorrow, 2 weeks etc. i have written off my $62.50 to a bad experience and re ordered labels elsewhere.”

“the iron on stickers do not work....i ironed one on for my sons daycare sleeping bag and he was found holding it (he is 6mths and could have swallowed it if not for quick staff!!). i ironed it on 2 days previous and it had fallen off!! <br/>anothe one came off after first wash. another one didnt work and melted onto fabric even though i was following the iron on instruction scarefully. will be contacting company for a refund!”

“I love the website and the products, the customer service seems good so far as I have complained about the quality of the weeded blocks and they are sending a replacement for the damaged letters, they responded quickly and have been good to deal with.”

“Service was great but products weren't as high quality as I expected for the price. The insert in the lunch box pops out of shape every time I open it. The bag had a strong glue or plastic smell.”
