“My package never arrived. Customer service was mildly helpful in eventually reimbursing me back my money, but it was frustrating that they never had shipping numbers to track it. I placed my order a month before my daughter had to go to daycare in hopes I would be able to use the stickers for bottles and bags, but they didn’t arrive (at all) and I still ended up having to use tape. Maybe better luck next time? I don’t think the site it clear enough that the product is shipping from overseas unless you go to the “FAQ” section.”

“My first order arrived a month late - I was notified by tinyme and got a credit. I placed my second order and it has not arrived - I contacted customer services and was told I should wait longer - Over a month STILL NO ORDER. Pictures on your website a misleading! I specifically ordered the large lunch box stickers as pictured - they arrived and they are TINY! The customer services agent said "Well the sizes are listed on the website" YES THEY ARE But why are they pictured LARGE on a sandwich size lunch box but are actually TINY! Very disappointed and I was so happy for my order 5 years ago and returned to order more. Saw the new labels and though GREAT! Not so! Also the white on the pastel color backgrounds are hard to see! I would stick with the old style - new style smaller and hard to read!”

“The product is cute. The stickers hold up well -- I've had them on water bottles and food containers and put them through the wash, etc. and they are still looking good! Cute design and strong quality. The backpack tags are also good (I wish I had a side-by-side comparison in a photo because I probably would've gone for something smaller, if it was available... they are larger than I was expecting). It took a LONG time to arrive -- had I known how long it would take, I wouldn't have ordered. It felt like an unreasonably excessive amount of time. I was also never given a shipping notification (my order confirmation email said that I'd receive a shipping notification, but that never happened). When I inquired, the response was very warm and attentive, but no solution was provided at all. They said "we don't do tracking numbers". What?! That seems nuts these days. So what happens if the package never arrives? I was worried that this might've been the scenario I was facing and they did not give me a lot of hope that there was a plan to protect my order if the package just never arrived. Luckily, it did, but at that point we were weeks past the time that I had expected it. I would recommend the product to a friend with the caveat that they should not order if they need it any time soon.”

“My first order got lost in the mail and after a month of back and forth with customer service they finally sent out a replacement order and when I finally received my replacement order my bag tags were not included. I will not do business with this company ever again.”
