Just love these puzzles. They are beautiful and thoughtfully created and made. I was disappointed however that they got crunched in shipping. As it was Xmas and they were a bit late I did not request a return. Hopefully in the future the packaging will be more protective.

The products seem to be very nice. My daughter received a few items for her baby as gifts and recommended tinyme to me. I ordered several as gifts and was disappointed that there is a charge to write a note and let the recipient know who the gift is from. Also, one gift was never received and it's been difficult to rack it down.

Good quality product, took way too long to be delivered. My order did not leave the facility until 15 days after I paid, and took another 15 days to Get to my house. It Was too late to be a Christmas gift. Poor choice in using USPS for your shipping, they are notoriously unreliable. Everything else I ordered which came from Amazon, UPS, or FedEx arrived on time or only a day or two late.

TinyMe puzzles are beautifully made, and we have given them on a number of occasions as the perfect gift for little ones.

So far I have not received my order. I placed my order around Thanksgiving and was told it would arrive BEFORE Christmas.

If there was a no star option that’s what I’d give. I ordered name labels back in august and never received them. I get the delays with the virus and everything, but never receiving something I paid for is really upsetting.

We have ordered Tinyme name labels in previous years with out any issue. Labels are a nice quality, so I ordered again. The order was placed in September and we still have not received them, two months later. I spoke to a customer service representive in October, after they were two weeks past the delivery date and received no reason as to why they hadn't shipped but she said it would be within a week or two more; still, no labels have been received! I have been unsuccessful in getting hold of a person to check on the status again I've left messages and have not received any information back. I rated tinyme 2 stars due to lack of customer service and for no reason as to why my order has not shipped.

I placed an order for labels on September 6th with an expected delivery of September 24th and that I would receive a confirmation email once my order shipped. By September 24th when I didn't receive a confirmation email I reached out to Customer Service to check on the status of my order. I understood that orders are taking longer due to COVID-19 but just wanted to see how much longer I would have to wait. I was informed that my order was already shipped and was received at the distribution center on September 16th and I should have received it by then. I was asked to give it two more weeks to see if my order would arrive. It didn't arrive. I reached back out to Customer Service letting them know I never received my order. They offered to submit a replacement order or to give me a refund. I asked for a replacement order because I really like the labels I ordered. That was on October 18th. I still have not received my order. I will wait another week or two (again, because I understand delays due to COVID-19) before I reach back out to Customer Service to ask for a refund. I will say that Customer Service has been wonderful to work with. They have been very responsive to my emails. I am just very disappointed that I still have not received a confirmation email that one of these orders has shipped and that I haven't received either of the orders.

It would be better that the clothing tags not be iron on. As a busy mom , this is one more step I do not have time for . They are still sitting in the drawer

I love the pictures although they did not have the vibrance I was expecting. The size is perfect and I received my order in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend. The decals are easily removable and simple to place.

I live the quality Tinyme has! The puzzle I ordered has now become my go to gift for our friends children’s birthdays etc! Our three year old loves them too!
