“Justina was amazing at addressing my concerns and resolving my issue in a timely and fair fashion. This is my second time ordering labels for my kiddos. Their products LAST! I put labels on my toddlers daycare items over a year ago and they’re still there!! 10/10 would recommend.”

“Placed an order on 4/5. Was due to arrive 4/23. Never arrived. Customer service resubmitted my order. Still has not arrived as of 5/10. Disappointing”

“I followed up on my order twice and was assured both times that while my order was delayed, it was still coming and simply delayed in the post. When I followed up a third time, referencing that it was already 3 days past the latest ETA - I was told they were unable to confirm if my label actually shipped out. They offered to reimburse me or resend my order. My kids were really looking forward to these labels which matched their friends so they were very disappointed. I'm very sad we never got our order.”

“I ordered stickers for daycare, and my order was supposed to be delivered a little over two weeks after the order was placed. When that date came there was no sign of my order, and there was no tracking information available. I had no idea if I was going to receive my package or not. I just had to wait and see what happened according to their support staff. It eventually arrived almost 2 weeks late, and I had to find another alternative for daycare. Disappointed in this transaction.”

“So I tried ordering about a year ago and never received my order, customer service was terrible and my case was never really resolved. I thought by now I’d give it another try so I placed another order. Low and behold I had the same issues again except I FINALLY received my order multiple WEEKS later after my expected date. All customer service rep could say was my order was “stuck somewhere “ and expect it any day? That’s a terrible resolution along with zero apologies. Problems really exist with processing updates, communication to customer, customer service responses with 0 empathy and how issues are resolved and how you try to get the customer to return. Issues with the method of shipment. There’s no options to pay for more expedited shipping with another carrier vs usps with no tracking. I honestly don’t think it was worth all the stress again so will likely not try again.”

“I haven’t received the product despite it saying at the time of purchase that it would be delivered a month ago. I have not received any tracking info either. I understand that shipping delays are most likely, but I find this odd that I’m receiving a request for a review without receiving anything.”

“Finally got something from tinyme on time! yay! I love their products and have been ordering from them for over a year. But 2020 was definitely difficult. Stickers I ordered would take between 6-9 weeks. One package never arrived.”
