I followed up on my order twice and was assured both times that while my order was delayed, it was still coming and simply delayed in the post. When I followed up a third time, referencing that it was already 3 days past the latest ETA - I was told they were unable to confirm if my label actually shipped out. They offered to reimburse me or resend my order. My kids were really looking forward to these labels which matched their friends so they were very disappointed. I'm very sad we never got our order.
