“I ordered a bag tag to put on my grandson's backpack for his birthday present this week. I ordered it several weeks ago. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT!!! I have emailed the company and received no response. My account has been charged two times for this purchase, one for international shipping charges. A horrible experience that I gave one star to because it wouldn't allow me to give zero!!”

“Love the tinyme products. I bought the name blocks puzzle for my two year old grandson. Too bad the pricing is the same for four letters as it is for nine. This was my second time ordering from tinyme and both times experienced problems with notifications and delivery. The customer service is phenomenal though. Thanks Sandy Bass! She got things rolling this time and the puzzle finally arrived.”

“By shipping the product that I purchased. As you know, I ordered labels on January 17th, they were scheduled to arrive by January 31st. Today is February 6th and I still have not received my order. When I sent an email inquiring about my order, I was told that it was delayed in transit due to the weather and should be delivered between February 3rd and 5th. The order has been in Atlanta since February 1st according to the Tracking Details and we have no weather issues, unless of course you consider 70 degrees in winter an issue. <br /><br />I'm not satisfied.”

“Delivery issues......As of February 7, 2019, I have not received my order. Scheduled for delivery Jan. 29, 2019I asked for a refund and was told they are not responsible for problems with delivery and refuse to give us a refund.”
