“I ordered a few wooden name puzzles to gift for Christmas- super cute and great quality! Grown ups were impressed with the design and kiddos enjoyed using them. There was a delay with delivery and tinyme customer service was very helpful, honest, and professional- responded quickly and provided options to ensure the order was well received. I will absolutely order again.”

“My order was lost during delivery and they quickly made me a new order and still got the products to me before Christmas! Now that is customer service! Also, labels are perfect for our needs and last many uses in the dishwasher.”

“I ordered 4 puzzles for gifts. 1 was a junior jigsaw, the other 3 were personalized name puzzles. They are all really cute and the felt cases for the name puzzles are great. However, the junior jigsaw puzzles packaging was TERRIBLE. I had to re-package it in a box to be able to wrap it as a gift. Also, the shipping said it would be delivered on a Wednesday (needed puzzles by Saturday so shouldn't have been a problem right?) but were not delivered until the FOLLOWING Thursday. Overall, puzzles are cute, but not worth the hassle of poor packaging and delayed shipping. Will not order from tinyme again.”

“I bought th I product in November as a birthday gift for my niece and I absolutely love it the only problem I had was with the shipping i bought the product and it said was supposed to be delivered on the 6th didn't get here until the 10th. It was well worth the wait it was actually perfect my niece loves it and I was very happy with the overall product.”

“arrived on time and is very pretty. However one corner of the laminate came cracked and fallen off. I will attempt to glue back in place and hoping it will stand the use of a 2-year old!”

“I still have not received my order. At checkout the arrival date was listed as Nov 30. I emailed customer service and they said it would be here by December 11. It's now Dec 11 and still have not received anything.”

“First and last time buying from this horrible company. Ordered a custom puzzle as a gift a month ago and it should have arrived a week ago. Tracking never worked and I called twice and was promised it would be here late but on Friday. It never arrived and I have called 3 times during business hours and always get a voicemail. Showed up to the party empty handed and embarrassed. I still don't have the puzzle and will be disputing the charge.”
