I paid for rush shipping and the items ordered were a week late. Customer service didn't respond in a timely manner and then did not refund the rush shipping cost as I requested.

I placed my order a month ago and still have not received it. I have reached out to customer service and the response I got was not helpful and did not resolve the issue.

I did not receive my initial order in the mail, even though tracking said it had been delivered, and Ionela was very helpful in organizing a replacement set of labels for me.

The puzzles are beautifully made! They were created and shipped in a reasonable time frame. I would do business with them again.

When my order was taking too long to arrive, I posted many comments on their Facebook ads and with email replies. I should have reached out sooner. Even though it was the weekend, I expected someone within the company to respond. Once I did receive a reply, I felt more confident, as they were willing to work with me. My order finally arrived! After unwrapping the puzzles, I detected a strong, acrid order. So, I have been airing out the puzzles and felt pouches, before I can wrap them for my grand babies. In retrospect, I feel original correspondence addressing timing and updates would help with a more positive customer experience.

Receive the 3 name puzzles I ordered they all came look great but the smell is awful and when i reached out to customer service no one answered phone so my only option was email they responded the next day and stated to air them out! Well they have been airing out now for over a week and they still smell awful. Do not want let my kids plays with them and give the other as a gift.

Ordering online and personalizing is easy and fun! Ship time took awhile and I did not get an updates until the day before the puzzles arrived.

First of all, I bought 3 boxed puzzles for boys in my family. When I opened up the envelope the boxes were in they came completely ripped apart. What company would put boxes in envelopes?!? Definitely not good quality when it comes to packaging and the puzzles themselves looked much better in pictures than in person. Overall, I will not order from this company again. But to get a refund for something this upsetting, they were very understanding & nice to work with.

I ordered the photo magnets. The online system was easy to use and the magnets arrived as ordered. The option to edit the photos within the online system would be convenient in the future.

Beautiful colors on my daughter name stickers and they have held up to everyday Kindergarten lunch, hand washing and even the dish washer!

I paid extra postage for my items to be delivered sooner. The items did not arrive more quickly so the extra money was a waste. Some of the iron on clothing labels did not adhere properly which was disappointing. It took much longer to perfect the process than the instructions described.

The labels are such great quality and are so cute! They survived their first trip in the dishwasher, as well.

I loved the labels but there was some confusion on a bonus offer. When I was ordering, a bonus popped up with labels that would list my last name for an add-on price. I purchased them but the confirmation email I received made the labels look as if they were going to have MY first name, rather than our last name. When I tried to contact customer service, they were a bit dismissive and told me that it was too late to change my order. While I love the labels, the customer service definitely left something to be desired. When purchasing a bonus add-on (that pulls info from your order) customer service should be able to explain not only why there was a discrepancy on my confirmation email but also why I was seeing something different on there than what I ordered.
