They have already missed the deadline for what I needed the product for so its useless to me now essentially

“I Ordered a diary on the 24th November, assuming that it would arrive before Christmas. I was told that it would arrive on the 16th December, however it still has not arrived and it is now the 28th December. I paid customs on the 19th, so it is in the country. I am extremely disappointed with this service. I never got any email to say that my order was delayed, which is very poor service. I paid for delivery within a certain time frame and I did not get that. I still have no idea where my order is! I am very disappointed with this service and will not order again”

I would be unlikely to recommend the website to a friend because 14 days after I got a dispatch email for my order, I received a customs invoice so it was €20 + €4 for delivery + €8.10 customs and took 3 weeks to arrive from the date of ordering. Could not fault the product at all but I should have supported a local business instead”
