I was excited to label my little girl's clothes but the name tags never arrived and I had to write her name with a pen. Disgusting!”

Conacted support weeks ago about already being past the cut off dates for delivery ans was told it was estimated.
They have already missed the deadline for what I needed the product for so its useless to me now essentially

“I Ordered a diary on the 24th November, assuming that it would arrive before Christmas. I was told that it would arrive on the 16th December, however it still has not arrived and it is now the 28th December. I paid customs on the 19th, so it is in the country. I am extremely disappointed with this service. I never got any email to say that my order was delayed, which is very poor service. I paid for delivery within a certain time frame and I did not get that. I still have no idea where my order is! I am very disappointed with this service and will not order again”
