I would be unlikely to recommend the website to a friend because 14 days after I got a dispatch email for my order, I received a customs invoice so it was €20 + €4 for delivery + €8.10 customs and took 3 weeks to arrive from the date of ordering. Could not fault the product at all but I should have supported a local business instead”
“Why i need to pay customs when my purchase was in Ireland? Why that was not mentioned clearly or anyway i could see? The price is + 40% with customs so it's not negligible.”
