Edward, We are sorry for your tractor tire being a smushed. This unfortunately is caused by how the MFG ships the items to our warehouse. Please let us know if we can do anything else for you in the future!

“Can't make an honest review on performance havent had them on my truck but a few days. Good looking though. Rain in forecast for next 3 days should be able to post then. But shipping sucked was supposed to get tires Friday,then Saturday, finally arrived Tuesday. FedEx tracking said delivery was attempted Friday, false. Then said delivery was attempted Saturday, again false. Customer service from tiresshipped2u on point next day response, unfortunately it was an issue with FedEx so played round robin with their automated system for two days and still no satisfactory responses. So be warned shipping will probably get screwed up but no problem with tire company”

“I did receive the tire ordered but it was twisted out of shape so bad the tire itself could not stand alone without falling over.Rather than wrapping tape around the tire with a delivery ticket a sturdy box would be better!”

Good Morning Raponi, We appreciate your feedback, unfortunately a box wouldn't help with the smaller lawn and garden tires. When the manufacture sends us the products they are very very tightly bound together which is what causes them to look a little mushed like that. Please let us know if you have any issue going forward.

“Tires arrived promptly, were in good condition, and had recent DOT dates. The problem is they were shipped by FedEx, whose driver bounced them off the side of my house breaking a receptacle cover. (I have video and photo.) The last tire shipment was left in front of my front door so I could not open the door to retrieve them since my door opens out. There are issues and damage EVERY time FedEx is used as the shipper. My recommendation is switch to UPS - I very rarely have problems with them and then I would have given a 5 star review.”

“Tires came at a decent time ordered my first one and the caption got me I thought it came with 2 tires that could be written better so people don’t get messed up. So I ended up needing a second tire.”

“Tires were great but would of preferred tires coming in small box. They were just taped up tightly so that they were not round. Was extra work to install but tires were great once installed”

Good Moring, We appreciate the feedback on how your tires were shipped. The tricky part is small lawn and garden tires come from the MFG in packs of 10-20 tires very tightly strapped together. That is what you seeing with them being out of round when they got to you, our guys are not that strong. haha. In the colder months the rubber gets stiff so it makes it a little tough, we would always recommend bring them indoors for a few hours to warm up before mounting. “I am very satisfied with the four tires I received the second time, but i ordered two tires the first time that were the wrong size and you guys charged me $40 dollars for return and i find that outrageous because you are a huge company, and i only paid $140 for both tires so in my opinion you guys could be better on return costs when someone makes a mistake, but my product i needed was good and it was fast and speedy shipping and i got a quick refund on my wrong order just paid too much to ship them back”

Good afternoon, We are sorry the price for the return shipping was higher than you think it should be. We offered that price using our FedEx account which is much cheaper than if you were to go in to a FedEx or UPS store and buy them on your own. So we offer that as a way to help and discount for you. If you were to check on your own it is usually double that amount so we offer that as good customer service. We are sorry you feel that way.

Trace, We are sorry you felt the $40 was a high, unfortunately tires are so big and weird to ship they are very expensive to ship. We do extend our rates to you because to just ship them back with FedEx directly would have cost more than double. “I recently purchased 4 of the Travelstar UN106 225/60/R16 all season tires with the whitewall striping. The tires seem good overall in functionality having driven on them for about 5 days now. The only negative thing I have to report is that despite the blue coating on the face of the tires meant to protect the whitewall striping and or lettering the whitewall striping on 3 of the four tires arrived with significant and noticeable dark scuff marks that I could not clean away along with the protective blue coating before having them mounted. One of the four tires barely had any protective blue coating at all. I will be purchasing a white marker specifically designed to touch up whitewalls and tire lettering in order to cover over these dark scuff marks; In my case I did not not feel this warranted a refund and return or to report them as damaged even though in a way they were. I know how to fix/touch up things like this but there are many who don't or are unable to. A better shipping/storing method should be implemented to prevent this such as having each tire in its own plastic bag during shipping and delivery as to prevent them rubbing against or coming into direct contact with each other. If the tires were scuffed before being shipped then Quality control needs improvement. It will help reduce returns or complains associated with cosmetic issues.”

“When the tires arrived they were the wrong size. The shipping label that was attached had the correct size but the tires were entirely different size. I assure the FedX shipping label got put on the wrong set of tires. I had to send pictures and do a little explaining to get the correct tires on the way but the costumer service was very helpful. The company has a lot of instruction on making sure you order the correct tire but looks like they need to have there employees double check to make sure the label matches the size on the tire.”

“I ordered a trailer tire, tire arrived promptly, however, it was not what I ordered. Contacted customer service, response was immediate and was told the correct tire would be sent out right away, received it the next day, but it was also incorrect. Contacted customer service again, and again response was immediate with assurance that the correct tire would be shipped out that day, along with a refund of the purchase price because of all the hassle. Correct tire arrived the next day, and my money was refunded. So I give their customer service 5 stars but the shipping department zero stars. I would order from them again.”

Victor, We will reach out with more exact details on your order, but your other set is set to be delivered tomorrow. The tires leave our warehouse at the same time but occasionally the multiple packages can be delivered on different days because of something on FedEx's side along the way.

“Wrong tire was sent. Ordered 6" width, got 5". Now tire keeps going flat. Station that put the tire on says that wheel is for a 6" tire and is not sealing properly with a 5" tire. Waiting for a response. Thanks”

“The only place that I found the 1/4" white wall tires. I haven't gotten them yet but the prices are low and I definitely will be ordering more if the tires I ordered comes exactly like I want em. “The tires are great. Exactly what ordered. the shipping however and the contact was very annoying. sent me an email and a text everyday for several days for each individual tire (i ordered 4) then when they said delivery was gonna be on monday they never showed up. They were left in front of my shop door sometime the next morning. I havent decided if i will use "TiresShipped2You" again.”
