“The shipment was delayed because the shipping label came off in transit so the tires almost got lost. Then there was another exception so I ended up picking up the tires at the FedEx facility.”

“Fast shipping good tires however they were wrapped together and flat as a pancake. Still have not been able to mount them on rims. They must have been lying flat at the bottom of a pile of tires or under something heavy. They are way out of shape. Can't be mounted in such a condition.”

“2 of my 4 tires arrived on the 18th. It’s now the 27th and still awaiting delivery of the other two tires. The tracking site just says delayed. Not to happy.”

“While the tires are good, exactly what I ordered and in the time frame I expected, the delivery driver left the tire half way down my driveway? Yes I have a steep driveway, but the tires were not brought even close to the house.”

“It's the right tire but not as pictured. I ordered the entire wheel, not just the tire. The entire wheel assembly was pictured and stated in the description but I only received the tire. Now I need to have it mounted on the old wheel. This is very inconvenient as I cannot do this myself.”

“The return process is not the best. Started with getting no confirmation email on the return. Tried to start another one three days later and it finally showed me the 2 return labels. Note the tires came taped together as one package (no box) not sure now if I have to send the tires back separately and use both labels. Hopefully, they will answer my question.”

“4;80-400 cart tire. It was not packaged and was wrapped with tape so tight at one location on the tire that it compressed and formed a memory where it was taped. I couldn't get the tire to seat the rim and had to have a dealer mount it. Packaging is terrible.”

“Great company. Fast shipping. Shitty tires. Came in so warped from shipping I could not get them to bead. Be prepared to buy tire tubes and stick them in the oven to unwarp and take them to a shop. Using pry bars like normal to mount them just warps them more. Ratchet straps and starting fluid would not get them to bead. Spend the extra money on good tires if you plan on mounting these yourself because you gunna spend it anyways. Tires cost $68. All said and done after replacing my wasted started fluid, tubes, and paying shop to mount, Im now $130 in. Could have just bought some $100 Kendas and been done with it.”

“My package was shipped 2 of 2. One reached me in just a few days as planned. The other ended up in CT before it started heading my way and eventually arrived. Not pleased with that part of it. They arrived as described.”

“Great tires,only complaint is they came a week late. They never even shipped until after the date I should have had them by, which is why I ordered through them so I could get by Specific date and that did not happen. Good tires though”

“Good tires at a great price. They had my hard to find tires. But, I ordered 4 tires and for some reason they only shipped 3. I had already had an appointment to have them mounted and balanced and had to cancel it, and wait another week to get it into the shop.”

“I ordered one tire for my golf cart. The price and delivery of the tire was fine. However, someone decided to ship the tire in a distorted shape by tapping it up into an elongated shape. They indented two ends of the tire to make it possible to squeeze it into that smaller longer shape. After cutting the shipping tape lose the tire refused to spring back to its normal shape. It caused me additional effort to mount the tire onto a small 8" rim. Trying to inflate the tire was difficult too, because of the out of shape tire. Once the tire was mounted and inflated everything worked out fine after much effort on my part. Sincerely, Bruce Cleveland”
