Good Morning Roderick, We are sorry you don't see the tires arriving on time. We show the tires were ordered and shipped on Friday with delivery date set for Tuesday. That would be the correct 2 day ship time to your address. FedEx does not start their 7 day delivery until the 1st of the year so Sat/Sun are not delivery days yet. A customer service rep will be reaching out shortly.

“I was very pleased with how fast I received the tires. I found out they were the incorrect size for my ATV so I submitted a return request and now I'm still waiting a week later for a response”

Jonathan, We appreciate the feedback, we show at the price you payed we only had one other company a few cents cheaper on Google Shopping. We are always looking for ways to make sure we are competitive, we would love to hear where you think we have some opportunity in our pricing. We also apologize for the tires being left at the end of the driveway, one of our frustrations obviously is once the tires leave our warehouse we are at the mercy of that FedEx driver. We appreciate the feedback and will pass it onto our rep.

“So far so good, I've only had the tires on a few days, I love the look and the aggressive tread. Had to put 10.5 ounces on weight on one tire when getting them balanced, so I'm a little nervous to see if it wears evenly. I will review again in a few months.”

“The main problem was the tire seem to be shrink-wrapped and they were so mushed we had to take them to a professional to get them on the rim because they were so narrow and squished. And they seem to be thinner than a regular tire but they came in a timely fashion and I'm sure they will be fine once they are on.”

We show you ordered the tires on Christmas Eve, the 2 day delay was because we were closed on Christmas eve and day. “Tires purchased for 370Z are different sizes for front and back. Going on second week, but still have not received fronts. Backs came taped together with the outside sidewalk of the tire facing out, so with all the stops at different Fed Ex locations, sidewalk is all scuffed up. Will never look like a “new” tire. Don’t understand why they can put a round piece of cardboard on outside of tires to keep this from happening.”

“Only a 3 have not had them mounted yet or inspected by professional, they look good delivered fast on visual there a stamp on tires that look off to me I'll upload picture unsure if it nothing will review after mounting”

“TiresShipped2You shipped my tires real fast and had them in hand in 2 days. As far as price the Hankook Optimo H724 tires were only 1.00 cheaper than wall-mart.com so I only saved the sales tax and a trip to wall-mart to pick up with their free ship to store deal. The tires themselves I can not review because you cant tell if any tire is good from the start. Time will tell if any go bad with broken belts or fail to get the 70,000 miles they claim.”

“Tires are great,price was great but fedex is a joke. My tires sat in ocala for a whole day and i didn't receive them till 6:30 pm the next night. Dump fedex and go with ups.”

Joseph, We apologize for any issues with FedEx they are generally great with a 99% on time delivery for us, unfortunately with shipping tires UPS is not very competitive especially on larger tire packages. We appreciate the feedback and will look into the issue.

“I bought tires and ask three questions about them before I bought them, only one question was answered. But I bought then anyway. All else was fantastic, tire were delivered quick and exactly what I ordered. Well pleased.”
