“Communication AND customer service is APPARENTLY NONexistent. Got the wrong tires and have emailed 3 times with no response. WILL NOT EVER deal with this company again”

Lawrence, Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately UPS is very uncompetitive with pricing with shipping tires so the pricing would drastically rise using UPS. We are also seeing delays with UPS just as much as we are with FedEx. The shipping companies are unfortunately still completely overwhelmed with the package volume and lack of employees. As always we appreciate your continued business.

“Ordered 4 tires 8-27-21 thru WalMart with TiresSHipped2You as vendor. They used Fedex to ship the tires to me in N Mississippi. It is now 9-18-21 and I still have not rec'd the tires and this company has done nothing about it!”

“Sent me the wrong tires. Then tells me to bring them to walmart to drop them off. When they sent the wrong ones. They then said I have to wait for them to receive the tires to get refunded and then I can place the order again....???? what? I ordered them correctly the first time!! come pick up the wrong tires you brought here and deliver THE TIRES I ORDERED CORRECTLY I need them now not a weeks from now.”

“I ordered 2 tires and one of them came with a defect, wont let me return it, they said it's my fault do to road hazard ? Tire never left the shop. It was installed and instantly air seeped out”

“Don't buy they are not willing to back there products.. I have a problem with my new tires. I paid 100 bucks to mount and balance them. I immediately contact them with my problem. Right now here is they option They want me to buy another set of tires have them mounted and balanced then I'm supposed to send them back the first set and they will then send me a refund... WHAT REALLY? SO THEY CAN TELL ME THEY AREN'T GIVING ME A FULL REFUND NOPE NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. I have never been treated like it's my fault there tires are trash there customer service is worse than the tires. STAY A WAY...”

We have been in constant contact with customer about their purchased. We also stated we will pay for return shipping once they switch the tires out for something they like. We normally do not take tires back if mounted and or used but we made an exception for the customer. They have yet done so.
