I waited thirteen days to receive the wrong tires. The wrong tires were shipped promptly and the long delivery was caused by FEDX being backlogged. I ordered 6 ply rated tires at a premium price and was shipped 4 ply tires of a different size.

We contacted customer promptly after they let us know that FedEx was delayed on their end and they received the wrong shipment by accident. We immediately provided free return labels and will be refunding customer

Still waiting on half of my order and haven't got a reply on my email telling when or where the other two tires are , no phone number to contact anyone , probably will not do any business with you once I have my full order and will recommend everyone not to do business with you

I placed an order of 4 tires assumed it coming from MI, but it came from UT which took 4 days & delivered at 6:30pm when the repair shop closed for the July 4th weekend. It made my whole weekend schedule messed up. I will not order again since there's no phone number to contact for any issues regarding an order.

They are not the tires I ordered. Can you call me at4357730963 and we can figure out how to send them back and get the right ones? Thanks David. Ps can call 435-680-6119 for the best way to get ahold of me thanks again

I still never received the two tires???? I ordered 9 days ago. I have a tracking number, but no data to track . They have moved, just labeled with tracking number . This may be a scam !!

WrongTiresShipped2You. Not only were the tires I received the wrong size, they were also the wrong model. They emailed me return labels to ship the wrong tires back, which was nice, but I still haven't received my refund. Would not recommend. Will not use again. Update: Refund received.

David, We apologize for sending the wrong product that is something we try to avoid at all cost. We do show the product was delivered to our warehouse yesterday and our customer service team processed your refund a few hours before this review. They sent me a tire manufactured in so many years .I will never purchase from these guys again .although the tire is new ,the year manufactured is way too long for the tire to be sold to me

Good Morning, We saw your review and we apologize for the MFG date being older. We actually just started carrying the Atturo car tires a little over a year ago and we receive all of our product direct from the MFG. Can you send us a picture of the DOT number with the MFG date, we would be interested so that we can go back to the MFG if they are sending us old product. We would also like to see if we can help you out in any way with the tires that were sent, we want you to be happy with your product and purchase. We are looking forward to hearing from you!
