“Tires arrived significantly deformed and would not seal or hold air. Took them to a tire installation shop and they could not get them to seal as well. Needed to purchase inner tubes and pay for installation which added $45 to the total cost.”

“Sold me tires with a 50,000 mile warranty lasted 3,000 miles! Defective tires and claimed they didn’t receive 14 emails i sent with pictures. Well here they are on ur reviews now!”

“I have not received my tires Tracking says delivered but FEDEX said that they don’t deliver to a PO BOX. So I asked if they could hold them at the facility and call me when they arrive. I have names and numbers. Where are they? They didn’t call. A case has been opened.”

“They sent me a tire that needed a tube to mount. The tire I was replacing was tubeless and I had to take it to 3 differenrt installers to get it mounted. McGriff had to order a tube for $25. Who sells a tube tire without a tube and does not tell it needs one?”

“Useless customer service. When order wasn’t received, was directed to a shipping company who could not trace where they had delivered the order. Didn’t receive my 4 tire order and am out $300. Expect no help if anything goes wrong.”

“They said they shipped this Feb. 27. It is now March 6. Still have not received it! If YOU are having problems with Fed Ex then choose a different shipper!!”

“I never received my tires. I ordered them on 2/6/22 and today is 2/18/22 I have reached out to you guys multiple times and you guys can't help me. Fedex lost the tires I know it's not your guys is fault but me as a customer you guys should have Set me another set and you guys deal with fedex. So I canceled my order and ordered tires from another tire company.”

“I bought a tire for my snowblower that came in so deformed because it was obviously stacked in a pile underneath a lot of other tires or heavy items. I was completely unable to get the tire to bead on the rim. I took pictures and sent them to the customer support line and all I got was lip service. I dealt with the guy by the name of Kyle. Worst representative ever. He blamed it on the manufacturer of the tire who was Carlisle. If they knew that these tires with that bad they should not have shipped them and should’ve returned it to the manufacturer.”

“Search engine sucks. Example: choose width of 11.2 (one of the options in the pull-down menu. If you do, then you can't choose a ratio or rim size or hit the search button. No key word search either...Might as well just look through each manufacturer's offerings....Oh, don't have that much time left in my life...”

Thank you for bringing this to our attention it looks like there is an issue with the search engine on farm tires with no aspect ratio. We are working with our programmers to fix this now. The search by size or vehicle for passenger and light truck tires does work great. We also learned early on to remove a search function because of incorrect results for customers. Thank you for your feedback and bring this to our attention.

“The tire I received was warped badly and is almost impossible to put on the rim. The tire I received was just tapped (Probably why the tire looks so badly shaped). The delivery guy was cool but I did not expect the tire to be so bad.”
