"Bought a pair of walking shoes described as having \" hardwearing energy rebounding dual density rubber \/ phylon sole\". Used mainly for gentle walks with the dog. Wore down prematurely . The heels in particular wore quickly to the stage where they were breaking down from the inside, due I believe to being hollow ( the energy rebounding bit); so shoes now unusable. I am 72 years old and have never before had shoes of any description wear as quickly; ironic given Tiso's description. On complaining Tiso staff pleasant but quoted the mantra \"normal wear and tear\" and were either unable or unwilling to contemplate there could possibly be a problem with design or the quality of the materials used. The shoes will be replaced with similar from the likes of Aldi or Lidl at a fifth of the cost, which I expect will last for at least as long. Incidentally, and maybe most disapointing Tiso failed to publish my fairly negative review of the shoes on their website"
