Not the quality I expected for a "Harley" ramp. The threaded rod was bent, took about five mins to clear all three ramps, and cut my thumb by the end of the assembly. Missing hardware for the fourth u-bolt. Straps are useless and going to replace.

THE RAILS WERE NOT DELIVERED. THEY ARE ON BACKORDER. THEY WEREN'T WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER. 2 RAMPS WITHOUT RAILS WERE DELIVERED INSTEAD.WAITING FOR RAILS AND SOMEONE TO PICKUP THE EXTRA RAMP.

poor delivery problem! delivery date constant changing, needed ramp to go on vacation,so vacation was cancelled!!

Pro: Cheap for longer ramp. Con: 1. Hinge Lock pin hole did not line up. had to bore it out. 2. Ramp vertical lock pin hole did not line up. Had to bore it out. 3. Reflectors already came mounted on tail and were smashed. Was this a previous return? 4. Over half dozen paint chips from handling damage due to poor packaging. Fortunately for me, or not, this will be the last manual carrier I ever buy. My next one will have to be powered.

Ramp came with no instructions. Called Customer Service, was promised a call back but none came, One rivet had broken on inside of ramp. Ramp oscillates in up position.

Bought the front and back quad cargo kit. First I got them in two packages (ok there) except the front rack was kinda bashed in because of poor packaging (only the outer box with no padding, looks like it was ran over, dented and scratched) shoulda got the scratch and dent discount! Also sure didn't bolt right on! Had to drill holes to use the mounting hole. Kind of a poor fit on the Honda Foreman. Not real satisfied. Thanks for listening.

I bought a 10 foot tri-fold ramp. It’s too heavy. It scratches the floor and the threshold. It’s hard to deploy with one person. And despite being heavy, it doesn’t feel very sturdy. I think I will return it but not until after testing with my 70-year old mom. Thank you.

All of the u-bolts provided broke before I used the ramps. They were made of stainless steel, too soft. Just moving the ramps by hand caused each of them to break.

Product is as described but the contracted customer service team is horrible. The product came about a week late. FedEx was completely incompetent and horrible. The product was lost and I asked titan for a new one to be shipped. They called FedEx supposedly and told me the package was ready for pick up at a pick up site. 10 seconds after the call FedEx called (following up from a previous call) saying that the package was lost and whomever told me it was at the pick up site was wrong. I continuously had to deal with diff levels of FedEx until I got a local rep in the US. They sent someone to search the warehouse and the truck and ended up finding it. I spent a good half of a day minimum trying to fix the problem myself since FedEx and Titans customer service were useless.

I ordered a 7.5 motorcycle ramp. I received it in a timly manner but when it came off the truck the packaging was in bad shape. Once opened, I noticed the hardware packaging was also torn open and some of the hardware to secure the ramps together was missing. Long story short, after talking to the manufacturer, it seemed to be more of a headache than it was worth to get the problem taken care of through them. Quality of the ramps: The craftsmanship of the ramps could have been better. The coupling of the hinges was not in alinement and required some friendly persuasion to get them aligned to connect the two components. When placed for use the ramps had some spring action at the fold. I'm thinking this is due to the miss alinement of the hinges. Also found some of the welds were cracked. I would have returned them for a full refund but the cost of shipping them back; which would be deducted from the purchase price was not worth it in the long run. Even with all of this, I was able to make them work but I feel the quality control could be a lot better.

One of the insert for side rack was welded backwards making it so I had to re-drill new holes for bolt. Also none of the holes for the 8 smallest bolts holding the entire rack together were drilled. For someone without the tools and knowledge it would have been impossible to put together. Install directions and labeling of bolts could have been much better as well. Now that it is finally installed properly seems like a very sturdy product and works well.

After assembly,placed lift on the back back of truck only for it to wobble loosely,afraid to drive with it on.Not sure if it was stable enough to drive with it on. Rubber grommets for handles falling off just by lifting. Very disappointed
