Package was delayed because FedEx could not read label, twice. Poor packaging? I say this because two or more parts were missing, the box was not destroyed when received. I could not find a telephone number to call.

No instructions in the box. Couldn’t make heads or tails of the online instructions. Solidly made but…. If ya can’t put it together, it’s just a giant paper weight

Poor packaging. Paint was beat up bad so prepare to do lots of touch up. Went together easily and looks sturdy enough. Have not used yet.

Haven't hauled the bike yet, but the assembly process was okay. Not real clear on exactly how to assemble, but can be figured out easily enough. Instructions are not clear on which side of the carrier the ramp should be stored, so I just picked the inside towards the vehicle. Instructions say to leave bolts loose for assembly, but never says to go back and tighten them. Also, there was a bolt assembly that was listed in the parts list, but never called out in the assembly process. I emailed the company, got some mumbo jumbo answer that if it wasn't in the parts list it wasn't needed. It was called out in parts list, just never shown where to use it.

I believe a support rod needs to in the center to the ground. This will take away the sponginess of the ramps.

I would have thought process to replace a damaged and defective item would have been quicker. That said, once the approval for replacement was made shipment was quick as was initial shipment. Product quality is not as good as would expect for the price and being manufactured in China. Inside of tubes lack paint and the replacement has some small dings in the bracing although the box showed no sign of damage.

Good for what I needed, but didn’t expect the metal qould start rusting with a few days. Looks like contaminated weld and tack marks. This would make the metal to reject the powder coating process. My trade for 34.5 years as a heat treated max helping customer with problem like this.

This motorcycle carrier seems to be a solid carrier but it has some issues that need to be addressed before it should be rated over three stars. The hole in the receiver that the hitch pin goes in isn’t a standard size hole. It is an oversized hole and the hitch pin is matched to fit that whole. So a standard receiver hitch hole is too small to fit this oversize pin that they send with it. So you use your normal size hitch pin, but you have an oversize hole on this carrier, allowing for quite a bit of slop for the receiver to move around. They send along a receiver type clamp that is supposed to help it from swaying, but it did not work on my receiver, and I have seen other comments where it did not work for those people either. I hauled a small motorcycle about 10 miles and the clamp had already loosened up and the carrier was tilting back-and-forth in that short distance. Titan manufacturing, you need to address this problem with the hole size and the hitch pin size and also come up with a better anti-tilt bracket. Then I would change this to a five star rating because the carrier itself does seem pretty solid.

Where are the instructions? Why not have instructions for these? It took me having to look at pictures and freeze frame on youtube from other customers to make sure it was put together correctly. If instructions had been included, I would have given it a five. You could have made a video and posted it on youtube for customers.

They are heavy and they look well built but have not used yet. Arrived with a little scratch damaged assuming from the shipping but won't affect usage just cosmetic. I did not reach out to them for the damage so I have no experience on their customer care.

Ramps are fine, unfortunately even with the curve in them they are not arced enough for the deck of my riding mower to clear when loading into my shed. If you have a plan to load lawnmower into the back of a truck or a shed that is more than 22” high these won’t work.

Ramp was delivered with a wrong bracket. Would not line up with the ramp. Took several emails to try to straighten out the problem. Still not sure if problem is solved and replacement bracket still has not arrived. Thought I was buying a quality item, but so far disappointed.

The ramps are great. I paid extra to have them delivered in 3-5 days. Two of the three ramps came in within that period. The main ramp did not get delivered until the following week. So I feel like they took my $40.00 and didn’t deliver.
