Hi, I have purchased two sets of the 3 section 4 bar 10ft folding motorcycle ramps. One set is for Canada the other for usa. These were purchased 6 months ago and I just used one today. The 3 sections to not line up in height the outer 2 sections are sitting 3-4 inches up in the air from the middle section?? How do you get them all even across, should there have been a rod going through all 3 sections to keep them even? I had people trying to stand on the outside smaller sections then tried to clamp the middle section to the outside, it was a nightmare.

Broke at hinge after a month of use can you say china. Under rated weight. Titan use to make them in US now they don't. It was a scary fall.

Took 19 days to get my order. Fed Ex package was damaged, however, Titan was slow in processing replacement. Order received with a part missing, Titan took way too long in getting me the part.

I ordered a set of ramps off your website for the listed price, a few minutes later noticed you guys also had an Amazon store selling them for $71 less. I messaged you about them, the same day for a return or price match but was told it was too late to modify my order. Unsatisfactory customer service.

Since placing the first order, the experience with your company has been a nightmare. I ordered a ramp which I thought was a set of 2 and immediately cancelled that purchase and placed another order for the 2 ramps I needed. I was told that although I was calling 2 minutes after I placed the order, the cancellation could not be processed and a request had to be sent to the warehouse for review. The cancellation never was processed, once the order was shipped, I contacted the shipping company myself to tell them to reroute one of the orders and that happened. I called you guys back and was told that I would get a refund after 15 business days. During the conversation, I mentioned that waiting 3 weeks for a refund seemed outrageous and I was told that nothing could be done to speed up the process because the payment processing team is backlogged. I’m still waiting for the refund and at this point, I won’t buy anymore products or recommend this company to anyone.
