Bought a front cargo rack for a 2023 Honda rancher The rack dimensions are fine, Mounting brackets will not work. On the Hood of the ATV there is a glove compartment and antifreeze fill access door that now is not accessible due to the fact of there is no removable panel or access point within the cargo rack. Should not have to remove rack in order to fill antifreeze for any reason. I called Titan they said that that was the rack needed for that four wheeler the design is trash do not buy.

I ordered multiple products and the actual items were great but customer service and their return policy is horrible. One of the items took too long to get here and I had to buy something local. The return policy states a 20% restocking charge and customer pays return shipping. I was ok with 20%. The bed ramps cost less than $400 however, my cost for return shipping is over $700. I asked customer service to use their lower shipping cost ( I would still pay) and they refused. After several requests for help on this all they can do is read me the policy and then hang up on me. Other companies offer similar products and are clearly more consumer friendly. I will post everywhere I can to warn consumers of their policy designed to make EVERY SALE FINAL.

A lot of Damage, has a lot of welding broken and other, not because of shipping because the package didn't have dents or something

They do not accept gift cards when ordering their ramps on Amazon. Upon calling the company to do a split payment, they wouldn't accept these methods of payments. They wouldn't accept a W-9 form. The company I work for wanted to help purchase a ramp for a person in need, but Titan wouldn't accepting broken up payments nor accept W9 forms. Not flexable to work with at all.

Extreme Dissatisfaction. Purchased three arched ramps of the same length. The center ramp lays flat and does not match the arches of the other two. Top rung of center ramp was not welded straight either. Customer service was of no help. Would not recommend. Want my money back. Do not want to pay restocking fee for obvious defects. For now stuck with sub-par product. When in use all of my friends and family will see the defects.

Very poor customer service. Product arrived in a box that was torn apart and taped up on both ends. The parts bag inside was torn open and missing parts. When I contacted customer service I was told they had some parts but I could go to the hardware store to try and find the remaining pieces and send them a picture of the receipt and they’d see about reimbursing me. And that I need to take pictures of the damaged done and they’d see what they could do. My thoughts are you sent me a product that was torn up and now I have to prove to you that something is wrong and have to take time out of my life to find parts that I can make due with and if I can provide proof you’ll sent me money for the parts. I replied to them and said I believe they should be the ones to find the parts at the hardware store. They should own the fact that you sent me a product that wasn’t complete and was damaged. They eventually stop responding after a few emails. I will never recommend or buy a product from them again. It’s hard for me to comment on the actual product because I feel like I’m reviewing it with a bad taste. But if I had seen the carrier in person I would never had bought it anyways. Not constructed as heavy duty and it implies. Think twice before buying.

Misleading ramps are not 2000 lbs they are 750 had to return now have to wait a week to get money back to buy new ramps and their made in China not in USA. And when you call customer service you call millasia

Ramp had some paint chips and one small dent upon delivery. I suspect it's nearly impossible to ship something that big and heavy without some small damage occurring.
