The ramp is very nice the people you have shipping your items there idiot it’s been the box store open. It’s not your fault. You’re shipping company should have to pay for it but I am I took a hammer 2 x 4 and I strained it all the all out and I’m fine with it it’s just when you pay this much money for something and your shippers destroy it. It’s terrible A+ for you. F for your shippers

Shipment was timely. However, it was missing ALL the hardware. Contacted customer service. Very helpful. We are waiting for the replacement item. Hopefully this one comes with everything.

1st of all I ordered 2 ramps. Why would they ship separately? I ordered them at the same time. secondly ramps the Bars on the ramps. Their space very far apart may be great for Is an a t v or a tractor. What if you need to roll something up with a Dolly? Such. As a refrigerator or a generator these bars are spaced too far apart poor design very poor design.

The ramp it self good the only problem is on one of the hand rails there blim that can cut your hand. Other then that ramp is good we ordered the ramp so that I could have in place from when my dad came home from the hospital and it took almost 1 month to be delivered. The delivery service is a joke they told me a window of 9 to 3 so I waited all day at my father's house for it to show up and at 430 I went home it never showed. Then 530 I get a call saying the driver was there and when I spoke with him he could off load the ramp because it was to big for him to by his self. Driver was going to leave and not leave the ramp because ibwasnt there to help him off load from his truck. I told him I would drive back to help him and not to leave because I had to have it in place for the next day when my dad came home from the hospital.

Mine came with big dents on top of the rail. The area where it folds up is the weak point. Should have used bigger pins.

I will normally pass on the review but my experience with this company and new Harrow are both awesome! The one I want is on back order so I went with the smaller one to work the tight spaces. I will be ordering the “Big one” when it comes available. High Quality great service!

After many phone calls, messages left and several personal conversations verifying exactly what I wanted and how I had to have it shipped, Titan 100% FAILED. (I paid an extra $206.00 shipping to Alaska because I want the exact Titan ramps) We received the ramps about 20 minutes ago. (Friday, June 2, 1:30pm) They are totally the wrong ramps. After the many conversations verifying exactly what we were ordering, you sent the wrong thing. I am very, very unhappy.

I attempted to cancel my order soon after placing it. Your company rushed to send the order out. Now, you’re saying I have to pay to ship the order back and take a 20% hit on the refund, as well. Your company will never get another cent from me and I will tell everyone who will listen about how awful Titan Ramps is. If you’re willing to pay to ship this order back and give me a full refund, please let me know. Otherwise, see the above. Absolutely, abysmal customer service.

We are unable to make adjustments to many orders once they have been placed due to the quick turnaround time. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or no longer need it, we offer a refund for up to 30 days after your order has been delivered, provided it is unused, in the original packaging, and in new condition. However, as stated in our return policy, Titan will offer a refund of your original purchase price minus the restocking fee within 30 days of your delivery date.  Unfortunately, we don't have control over the return cost as it is being paid to the carrier.
