She resolved my problem (a missing angle bar that I had to order and pay for twice) and the company's problem of getting the missing angle bars back to company's shelves and to my son's home too. The company's computer on the first order would not accept Pennellville, NY as an address and it was sent off to Elmira, NY. The second time I ordered it, a real human being helped me and we were able to send it off to the proper address without using that computer. Marj was able to unravel this complication, sending the wrongly address angle bar back to her company and refunding my money for this. The second angle bar arrived at my son's house, a happy, satisfying ending! Thank you, Marj!”
