“The ordering was simple, good prices and shipped soon enough. the problem arose when they sent it via Fedex. Fedex stated it was delivered at my front door. it was a lie. I was home all day and no doorbell or knocking. easy to see the address and where I live there is no one walking or driving by. I am convinced it wasn't delivered and the driver lied. I contacted Titan fitness and they are fixing the problem with another item shipped to me. Hopefully not by Fedex. I believe the 2nd item sent is free of charge as I explained the circumstances and showed how it wasn't stolen from my front door. titan fitness stayed in contact with me and said they will add "signature required" for the next delivery”
